SOLD! in 2024I had the privilege of helping 4 families find and purchase their new homes! 2 of them actually RECEIVED a check at closing instead of writing one and 1 received a $12,000 seller's credit! I helped 3 people purchase their first investment property, and 1 investor added to their portfolio. Another 3 investors decided they were ready to sell and tap into their equity. One hilarious gentleman sold his home so that he and his fiance could buy a new home together and live happily ever after and I even got to help a lifelong friend purchase a home in Detroit for almost $20k under asking!

Outside of real estate, life has been just as busy!
I took a relaxing girl's Murder Mystery Weekend trip to the West Baden Hotel just in time to fuel up for the second half of the year where I camped out overnight in an actual tent (😱), I helped my friend edit her second novel, witnessed my son and his NIU football team be the only team this season to beat Notre Dame and got emotional at his last home game as a Huskie as he prepares for graduation. I experienced my daughter develop a love for photography & film and receive her first couple of college acceptance letters and I acted as the announcer at her track meets amongst traveling with my parents to nearly all their sporting events across the country....and that's just some of the last 6 months!
It was EXHAUSTING......but I wouldn't change a single moment of any of it!

Goodbye 2024As a real estate agent, it’s such a joy to watch our community grow and change; helping people find their homes here and others as they head off on new adventures. That’s a big reason I got into real estate and why I love what I do.
As a mom, there are so many mixed emotions as you watch your children grow and soar to new levels -new heights. Pride, joy, sadness, anxiety, lost, excitement...just to name a few. As a woman, consistently trying to be better and help some people along the way. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for being both a client and a friend. This year has been huge for my family, myself and my business, and I’ve had the privilege of helping and being supported by some great people. A lot of my success is because to you and your support.
